HotProxyList builds its list automatically. Our crawler scans open sources around the clock, then every candidate is re-checked through our own validator before it appears here — protocol type, anonymity level and latency are measured live, not copied from another list. Dead entries, duplicates and honeypot-looking addresses are dropped, and the whole pool is rebuilt every few hours so what you see is genuinely current.

Want your proxy listed?

We do not run an open submit form — in practice they attract only spam and abandoned IPs. Instead, the fastest way to put a proxy in front of a real, buying audience is a dedicated marketplace or provider:
