This Privacy Policy explains, in plain language, how HotProxyList.info (“the site”, “we”) handles information when you visit. By using the site you agree to the terms below. We keep things deliberately minimal: HotProxyList is a public, informational proxy list — not a service that needs your personal data.

Who we are and what this site is

HotProxyList.info publishes lists of publicly available proxy servers (IP:port with country and protocol type) for informational, testing and educational purposes. We do not own, operate, host or control any of the listed proxy servers. Every address is collected automatically from open, publicly accessible sources on the internet and is shown strictly “as is”, with no warranty of availability, performance, legality of any particular use, or fitness for any purpose.

Information we collect

We do not run user accounts, newsletters or contact forms, and we never ask you for personal information such as your name, email or payment details. Like virtually every website, our server may record standard technical log data — IP address, browser user-agent, requested URL and a timestamp — for a short period, solely for security, diagnostics and abuse prevention. These logs are rotated and deleted on a routine schedule and are not used to build profiles or to identify individuals.

The “Your IP Address Is Exposed” box

The information shown in that box (your IP address, browser string and host name) is simply the data your own browser already transmits with every request you make to any website. We display it back to you for awareness only. It is generated on the fly and is not stored, logged separately, sold or shared.

Cookies and analytics

The site sets no advertising or tracking cookies of its own. If basic, privacy-respecting analytics are used, they collect only aggregate, anonymous statistics (such as page views) and cannot identify you personally. You can block cookies and scripts in your browser without losing access to the proxy lists.

Always verify a proxy before relying on it, and never transmit sensitive data through a proxy you do not control.
